Yeah she is, if I remember correctly her mom was pregnant with her but never was able to bear her child so she made a deal with the devil or something to ruin the family cuz they kicked her out or something cause of a rift in their neutral position? And so they used the unborn baby and stuff and she ruined the duke family in the first life.
