Sigh. Thank you so much for explanation...
Like I don't understand the problem. Since when humans or in this case gods acted perfectly rightful and like saints? They are problematic, they are selfish at times.
Imo this story is exceptionally well constructed and author put much thought into this title.

I didnt hate characters. I was questioning their resolve, the action why it turned it that way. Why its not convincing excuse for the development of character.
Why Seth hurting anubis.
Why Isis never helped Seth ( because she feels
like her beloved husband was stolen by seth?) because if she was thinking that her husband was raping her brother. She wouldnt do any of the things she had done. She wouldve helped him.. now she made seth who is he now. And she wants revenge using Horus?? To SETH? Of all people?

You are rude af. You don't know anything about me or anyone else so stop making your rude and idiotic assumptions.
You don't understand the story and blame author on your misinterpretstion and misunderstanding.
Isis is typical jealous wife who caught her husband cheating red handed, she knows that her husband is the one who seduced the girl, she founds evidences , that he was texting the girl and she still tries to blame the other party BECAUSE she still had feelings for her husband. She knows he is at fault, she even starts to hates him but still loves him in all of that. It's hypocrite, it's selfish and human. We are biased. She knew that Seth is a victim but she preferred to blame him on the situation. Because if Seth didn't exist then her beloved husband wouldn't go mad and ruin everything. It's irrational, it's selfish way of thinking but it's very human. These characters are morally grey.
And Nephthy's literally betrayed both Isis and Seth... Why shouldn't Isis have cursed her?
And people explained time after time why Isis hates Seth so much. Not only she partially blame him for Osiris's madness although she knows it's hypocritical that's why she cursed herself, she acknowledged that... What's more after the whole betrayal, Seth never told her what’s going on with him while expecting her to become his wife in order to rule Egypt, then made her crawl in darkness, he forced her into exile and she had to hide in some poverty slums for centuries.
Idk know what the author is thinking when she wrote this first but Im quite sure she didnt intend to write this the way things happening right now. Soo many plot holes and uneccessary twist. Ohwelll. I just have to say Osiris love for Seth is just what shock me and hook. I have to say SETH IS SOOOO HANDSOME.
Imean gods and goddess is what i came for. I wasnt expecting the flor of the story and yaoi in it
