Okay, so I commented some of this before but since some people are asking what's going on from the sad part onward... Ogata sees Saya naked and thinks, "A man." Then, "It's stiffer than I thought... Girls are different. Although it's a very cute/lovely man. I am now starting to be with men..." (Roughly, sorry my Chinese is not that good). So it really hits Ogata that he's with a man even though he already knew, of course, that Saya is male. Ogata tells Saya "I'm sorry." Saya says, ".....ha. Why should Yuusuke apologize? That's disgusting to me. I don't mind, it doesn't matter. Haha, [you have] a weird expression." Ogata leaves thinking, "I was too bad" [as in disappointing] and thinks about how of course he knew Saya was a man to begin with. "I've hurt him." In the flashback scene, it seems like Saya confesses to a classmate. His classmate says, "...ha?" and then in the solitary bubble, "Disgusting." (in the nauseous/"feel like vomiting" way). Then Saya stands over his school desk that's been vandalized with "Homo," "Disgusting," etc. ):
