Why I switched teams long read but I really thought about this

So I’m going to admit I shipped him with taku so when I found out he ended up with joowon I dropped the book but I’m back because honestly I was being childish it was clear from the start the relationship with haesoo and taku started off as haesoo needing a replacement he played with taku and taku allowed it the relationship was honestly wrong from the start so I thought maybe a connection can be discovered through a sex scene man that was a let down I could even feel the chemistry in the sex so the relationship was dead from the beginning and I was so petty and delusional I was biased towards taku which not I’m team haesoo and joowon let me tell you why the relationship was not dead from the start it was a love that had bloomed off of pure restriction and that was fine because they really loved each other from what I see they loved each other from a young age and the chemistry with them is so nice and I loved it even the sex chemistry was more compatible and joowon changed once haesoo left him because honestly haesoo never left that was just to show joowon I’m not as weak willed as I was when I was a kid I do have the power to leave it was clear haesoo loved him from a very young age and taku will most likely get a happy ending let me talk about taku and why it didn’t work so I feel it didn’t work because haesoo is not expressive neither is taku which leads to lack of communication the things they bottled up in their mind and heart was just because taku was holding on because the jar of candy which stands for haesoo was in a shop window with a price he couldn’t afford he got to try one piece of that candy and was hooked and bit off more than he can chew and eventually it was to much so he let go but filled his mind with silly expectations that would never come true. Now joowon do I have to say why this man deserved haesoo ??? He changed so much like I’ve seen bs character development but this it was the peak of perfect and true change for olove.

I agree with everything you said but except that Haesoo never played Taku. Both him and Taku knew that Haesoo was not over Joowon when Haesoo ended things with him. But Taku was the one who begged him to give him a chance, the “30 days” to fall in love with him. At the beginning both parties were just seducing each other and flirting bc both sides found each other interesting. Taku is this mysterious and talented guy while Haesoo is a guy who is in love with his step-brother but writes stories about his exes. I was also team Taku at the beginning. Joowon was such a jerk. But then someone reminded me that Taku never planned on staying in Korea long-term. From the START he was already planning on going abroad or going back to Japan. But during his stay here he got intrigued by Haesoo and his relationships and he wanted to see how Haesoo would portray him and how he would write their stories after they breakup. Like you said, he bite off more than he can handle. He couldn’t never get Haesoo’s whole heart and he fell deeper than he thought. I just need to get this off my chest, no offense. It’s just there soooo many people hating on Haesoo saying he did Taku dirty and Taku had his heart broken and stuff. But Taku knew what he was getting into and he found it entertaining at first

Yes absolutely I wholeheartedly agree it wasn’t so much he played with him it was a mutual things and taku didn’t expect it to go that far
