I mean, if I were him I would be terrified. If Hart actually died and he felt responsible it would be DEVASTATING. Jasper shouldn't have said that, but he must feel fully manipulated. Not only was he lied to, but if he had been left to deal with the aftermath of that death... Jfc. Imagine if he had never read the diary and it just happened... Like, if Hart had died just so he could not be unlucky...so, for his own convenience... Soul crushing.

I get that he is very heartbroken and frustrated bc of hart and his unluckiness BUT WHY WOULD YOU TELL HIM TO GO DIE ON HIS OWN?!! I mean, i get that he can’t actually commit suicide unless he holds jaspers hand so there really isnt a way of him to unalive himself BUT STILL-
