The teacher is giving the taste of bullying to his bullies daughter. That's y he is not doing anything I guess.
If you are becomlng a teacher. If you wanna be a good teacher, and if one is being bullied. Allways ask the whole class. Bullies allways use «nothing happened we’re just friends» follow the victim alot and ask questions all the time. He/she will get annoyed by you and you will feel annoying. But, you could save a life from comitting suicide and they will thank you in the future.
everything is 100x more dramatized in manga for plot. if it was realistic, the girl would have bee protected because of the money and influence her father has, and the dude who bullied the teacher would have lived his life more or less happy and ignorant over what he did. happens all the time in real life

Also. As a student no one likes a teacher who ignores bullies. And if you want to be liked by the whole class be as nice as you can. Laugh with the students, not at the students. Don’t get angry too easily. and don’t scold them too much if the situation is not worth it.
A friend who lived in there mentioned to me that how teaching styles are different. Over in America, teachers will coddled the students and makes sure any conflict between them are resolved immediately. In Japan, teachers would also take of care them but would expect students work the conflict between themselves. At a young age, these children are taught to be this independent. Of course the teachers will try to stop bullying, but a lot of it is hidden. I think a lot of other factors that play such as how bullying is viewed and the culture over there, but yea this manga is being dramatized.
I'm training to be a teacher and honestly none of this would be possible in a normal school, I don't know how it is in Japan but there's constant observations and safeguarding for children. This manga is so wrong, the child has done nothing wrong.
