I mean plenty of people did like this story (hence the high score) and found it wholesome. It just hit differently for different people. What made me root for the prince was his will to advance and not see his disability as life shattering.
I really tried to like this because the artwork is beautiful, but unfortunately the story sucks. All these characters are simply awful and toxic: they all start off cruel, deceitful, immoral, corrupt and without an ounce of decency. They're all also incredibly selfish. The Chaebol Prince is supposed to be likeable, but I think aside being dumb and beautiful - not his fault, it was the accident - there's really nothing much going on that makes me want to root for him. I tried, I really did. I read up to chapter 24, but I'm giving up now. If you're reading comments and hoping to see if this has wholesome content or is worth your time, please don't waste it like I did. It has plenty of smut, yes, but the lousy story line and the toxicity in everyone makes it trashy and you deserve better!
