Well, Torao was thinking he could use this info to basically blackmail Niwa into being nice to him at work, so idk. There really aren't feelings involved yet on either side - just the beginning of them.
i was actually relieved that he didn't use it to really blackmail him tho. the boss was still the same, and torao wasn't doing anything extreme to force the boss to be kinder. but yeah i agree, there aren't deep feelings involved yet. torao just thinks he's cute, for now.
