Lol please tell if u find any, frankly I believe they don't exist and if they do they're Japanese only.

Its not really Isekai but the best otome game I played is "Cinderella Phenomenom" about a "villainess" that slowly changes once she looses everything (the game is free) we have 5male leads and differents routes with happy and bad endings :D
