And as for virtues, it wouldve been better to answer prudence or wisdom for an empress. Rulers need to think, and to think critically at that. Without a good head on your shoulders, you'll just lead your country to ruins. Plus, prudence is one of the cardinal virtues upon which other virtues can be built.
