I mean ig some people like blondie more for the MC since we didn’t really get to explore the ML’s feelings, personality, thoughts…etc, and we only saw him when he was interacting with MC where some people might see him as pussy but y'all gotta realize that the “chemistry” y'all felt w the MC and the antagonist was just MC trying to literally survive. He basically got raped multiple times and had to accept it for the sake of survival. “Enjoying” is literally just a survival psychological reaction.
Overall, I really like the ending, but I do feel like it was a bit rushed, I would enjoy this as novel. Also I really wish they would’ve stayed in the past since I was trying to read historical manhwa but this is fine. I wish they would’ve explored more of their relationship really I feel like we got more pointless irrelevant side character BDSM than the Mains interacting and getting to know each other.
I do think it’s great that the courtesan woman took over, change of pace. I am also so happy that the ML didn’t get raped() he did get assaulted multiple times which was a bit annoying but comparing to literally all the historical manhwa ongoing or completed, rn it gets a pass.
