Usually I only read stories of pathetic FLs when the ML is at least clever but they are both dumb and weak so I don't know what to expect

The guide (brown haired) is the ML, while the esper is the 2nd ML
It's because I don't see any chemistry between anybody
This is kinda spoiler, but ML is really a mysterious/secrety guy, while 2nd ML has some defense mechanism he won't open to anyone especially to "doctors/scientists" that's why they all seem to just surface level communication for now
It's so annoying when a character doesn't know their own emotions and doesn't take the time to think about it. Like he does care and does worry about Dan but he doesn't want to find out the answer himself so that he can give Dan some closure
I feel like I'll never be able to read something like this again. The art was great, the plot was interesting, the POLITICS WAS UNDERSTANDABLE OMGGG, the main character, Ian, was amazing and I actually remember his name, his love interest wasn't annoying and I remember her name omg (cannot emphasize enough how often I forget character names), nothing felt rushed. This was a masterpiece. I hope they create some side stories as well
