Osiris is evil and shows his superiority with every word and move.
He told Seth for too many chapters that Seth is nothing without him and we see Seth falling apart.
Did Osiris want to make a docile, no longer independent thinking doll out of Seth that stands by his side? Pure from his love for seth? When he is actually breaking this proud redhaired god?
Osiris is a sick pervert. He planned everything far ahead. But how did he imagine things will turn out by breaking and manipulating seth?
Osiris seems quite intelligent. He had to know that his plan wasn't working. What happened to him?

Just me or is there a mistake in the translation?
I mean the inner monologue at the start, the part with Ba Song.

Readers should not be surprised or disappointed. Basically, your wishful thinking and expectation lead to the fact that you are ultimately disappointed, although it is clear that Seungho is not a good man and, through trauma, is unable to think logically when it comes to interpersonal relationships. You should take off your rose-colored glasses and not have great expectations of Seungho. Since he will be Nakyum's partner in the future, he will still develop for the better at some point, until then it means gritting your teeth and praying for Nakyum's safety.
My wish would be that Nakyum grow some balls, kill them all and live a good life with old man servant Kim but this won't happen.^^

I'm not hating on Isis. She suffered a lot.
I dislike Nephythys tho. It seems she just wanted to have Osiris child.
Seth is a victim, but his role was still to be a good god, not a killer.
The only thing I want to know is what made Osiris to be that obsessed with Seth.
How did he turned out this fucked up.
I despise him. I really do.

What about the Nepthythys that was inside the mirror? She's maybe inside the mirror before Seth marry her.

In all honesty, I don't believe that there are actually two Nephythys or one an imitation.
As in other stories that say that Hathor and Sekhmet are presented as the same deity I think that the mirror is able to switch between both personalities. So in case of Nephythys it's still actually the same person just torn apart personalitywise. This is just my assumption, my interpretation and I could be absolutely wrong.

I also want to know SO bad. like, there's no way the daddy of the egyptians turned so psycho without reason [in this manhwa; in actual myth, after being murdered he stays sweet and generous].
and i agree with you that there's only one nephty.

To you who work on the webtoon, clean, translate, put a lot of heart into it, are absolutely adorable. It is really a pleasure to read your comments/notes and I can feel your love for what you're doing. Thank you for the time, the work and for making such a great effort.

LOL sorry but...
I knew that Leo was betting on the wrong man, honestly. Blackhairdude was only keen on money and Haesoo, he didn't give a shit about Joowon. He wanted to go back to Haesoo, that was his goal, remember? Leo wanted to destroy Joowon. BUT who gets their fingers dirty without money? The guy is so fucked up that he even destroyed Leo with a huge serves you right face. They're both crazy, both sick. Blackhairdude just on a different level.

sometimes it would be really great if some of you took off your rose-colored glasses. I don't know how you read stories, but you should never ignore the time and place in which the story takes place. And now to the people who claim that BD is now milking the story because of the side characters: ever read books?
The kidnapping case turned out well. The author has made it clear that she will NOT take any risks. She will not take a risky and evil path. The kidnapping case was important to re-emphasize that Jihwa is an important character. He was introduced to us as a POV character from the start. He is not a coldhearted bitch. Seungho was part of his youth, his life, his love. Furthermore, BD used the kidnapping case to continue character development. Nakyum is, unfortunately, sadly, traumatized by the incident and will again encounter Seungho's feelings with doubts. "If you actually have feelings for me, why would you want other men to rape me" - if you can still remember. Now it may become "if you have feelings for me, why do you lock me up and not listen to me, can't you see in what state I am?"
Nakyum is still weak. He needs to become strong. Nakyum doesn't understand Seungho. How? We as readers don't really know him well too or know what actually happened to him. Nakyum is again alone in coping with trauma. Just as alone as he was when he was abused and raped in the beginning of potn. Nakyum is imprisoned. No matter how much you talk it up. Nakyum is imprisoned.
We needed these chapters because there must be good reasons and special developments for something to change in Seungho. He may be intelligent, but he's an asshole. He doesn't take shit from anyone.^^ He is incorrigible, unapologetic, cruel, traumatized, he has deep psychological issues, and whatever hell he came from, he has created a spot for himself from which he does not move. Change takes time and development.
What remains to be seen is whether the kidnapping case has left traces that can still be traced, Seungho can actually imagine that something else happened or he will keep the thought that Nakyum tried to run away. We will see. But to believe - and now also to be disappointed - that he didn't became a detective in order to find Nakyum and punish the bad boys has not understood his problematic character and should really take off the rose-colored glasses. Seungho just wasn't able to do that.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter. I'd love to read one in which Nakyum doesn't cry and has to suffer tho. He didn't deserve any of this.

Ah, and don't forget. This is erotica. Nakyum as the MC won't die now, next week or in the future.

I think the timing is important regarding the kidnapping situation. It obviously happened within just few hours -between the kidnapping and the release-. I guess by the time SH woke up, returned home, changed clothes and realized NK has left, Nameless was already bringing back Nakyum. So maybe SH could have used his brain and started to put 2 and 2 together if NK disappeared for longer than the night and half the day. Now, I hope he will do it and believe NK when he will tell him the truth. Maybe the author did this to make SH realize that NK is definitely attached to him and won't run away anymore. He will finally trust him and stop treating him like a prisoner. As for Nakyum, I hope he could question his feelings for SH and realize he does want to be by his side and that he feels safe near him.

I'm usually not the type of person who develops any great feelings about characters that appear in 'books', or develops a great deep connection to them, or is extremely fond of them, but damn... Kang Mu is tremendously attractive, extremely dangerous, and very intelligent...

TBMD is really damn good reading material and you can actually tell that the author put in a lot of effort, deep thoughts, good research and a great idea into this work.

This is just so good.

Indeed. It's not just a typical story.

What I appreciate about this webtoon is that the SM issue is approached in a more mature way. I love the atmosphere, the choice of colors, the course of the story,... everything so far.
