i’ll come back to this when they both die and are reincarnated and can live happily….. i love them both despite them doing nothing but hurting me
also, i expected yeonjo’s dad wasn’t completely innocent, but if someone could explain it again to me it’d be great,,, sometimes i truly can’t understand shit when reading
while i do love the fantasy and fiction, there is something so amazing about reading about the lives of other people. it’s nice to have something we can relate to once in a while.
many times in the story i’ve thought “it’s nice how everyone is flawed in a way, even nanasaki.” and had to remind myself that of course everyone is flawed, they’re all based off of real people
truly hoping for the day where everyone is wholeheartedly accepted and respected no matter who they love or how they identify themselves.
PS. it’s sad to hear that they eventually got divorced TT but such is life. hopefully it was a nice ending for them, and that they can be happy from now on too!
i knew it was coming but yay happy ending !! TT also i’m obsessed with how the author draws hara and yugo’s sparkly eyes when they’re in the semi-chibi form
okay now i need them to be happy for the rest of the chapters. like im so serious. the only conflict i’ll accept is one that ends in 3 seconds.
also andrew’s dick LIKE HELLO?
idk but i rlly liked how they portrayed a relationship that is healthy but isn’t perfect. TT
i don’t believe that everything has to be realistic or that a realistic story is better, but i do love the relatability of this one. i had no problems understanding the sides of both of them during their loving fights also rlly loved the scenes w their coworkers and nozue’s friends!
ik his dad ended up horrible but damn that family photo made me so sad TT imagine what it could’ve been like if only the father had a normal job and didn’t need to be a criminal to protect and provide for his family
family angst 10/10
rlly wanted to read this (and it’s why it’s been on my list for so long) bc it seemed intriguing and the art is godly… but seeing the novel readers’ opinions abt how much the manhwa changed the characterization, i might pass up on this one the novel sounds so much better and consistent than the manhwa
condolences to the author, the art was wonderful.
still can’t get over the state of their society and the general unfairness of life for the proto-hunters. but well lack of time probably, there was plenty invested in the world building during the first few chapters, but the side story was all sex
i love this story so much! it’s so heartwarming to see all of them live happy lives after all they’ve been through. my favorite part was definitely the characters ;( i think they were all written quite well and honestly quite realistically. this story shows the complexities of relationships and people alongside the simple things in life. each one of them had some sort of growth and were able to help and be helped by others
i thought she’d be like internalized homophobia or she saw someone in seoul get bullied for being gay, but her entire reason is bc she felt “abnormal” bc her parents didn’t love her and thus compared it to the daddies being “abnormal” ????? did she think they’d feel the same as her ??
BYE i srsly thought she’d get character development now she genuinely just feels like a plot device but like, a rlly bad one bc she’s got ZERO meaningful contributions to the story.
