I was confused as well. I had to read it twice to get it. Asumi wants to come out to Daiki about being in a same sex relationship with Naruse. Yanagi just happened to see him sitting at the kid park watching Naruse and Ichika playing. And that's how Yanagi's past got brought up. I totally didn't know that was Takumi Yanagi at first. I thought it was Asumi's friend Takano. So I was like "He's gaaayyy????" Lol.
