Can someone explain the plot to me? It seems very chaotic from the synopsis and I'm unsure if it's worth to read
uh it's as summary. it is a bit chaotic but if you squint their initial goal is still to cancel the marriage, however their country has some trouble with rebel from conquered country and for some reason (i forget what) they unable to cancel their marriage for the time being, so meanwhile since FL is also a knight loyal to the kingdom, she try to help the situation.
personally i think this is worth reading, it's really hilarious and I like the characters, but if none are interesting to you, it's best to find something else.
Why does it look exactly like the one with the village building MC
I guess the MC is actually pink haired etc (thought I don't understand how the hair length difference works) but looks "plain" due to some magic...pretty obvious honestly. The necklace protected her and made her return to the past which is also the reason why it cracked...also pretty obvious.
I'm positive she's the long lost daughter of the friend the duke briefly mentioned. I would be surprised if it were otherwise.

yea her parents are the grand duke and grand duchess (belus family if iirc). she has a curse on her. later everyone will see what she looks like but only for a moment due to the curse but she looks exactly like her mom.

ch 123 in the novel :-) timeline wise i barely remember bc it's been too long LMFAO but iirc diana (i think ml as well?? I THINK?) knew what she looked like the entire time which is why she always called her pretty/princess

It’s so frustrating watching the mc know that she looks different from how everyone perceive her yet still doing nth abt it.
Her not even trying to be a mage is just the cherry on top.

As expected it's the usual "the ML actually always loved FL" trope. I read the next chapter (chapter 3) somewhere else and the wolf is the ML who has been cursed by the chancellor. He wanted to protect FL by keeping her distant and the commoner concubine is actually his male servant dressed up.

The emperor is just a spineless coward who only thinks of himself. Out of guilt/in an attempt to placate his sister the duchess at the queens expense. Basically he let everyone walk all over her and just kept her as his trophy.
The duchess on the other hand has only ever cared about the former queen the princes mom. To the point where it seems like an obsession. She blames the king for her death (due to childbirth, because he couldn’t decide whether to save her or not by sacrificing their unborn child who’s powers were considered to be the strongest in royal history). Duchess has since been abusing her authority to take it out on the present queen, while researching black magic in an agent to bring the former queen back to life/destroy everyone. She doesn’t care who she kills or harms in the process. She is unable (so far) to take it out on the prince especially since he has his mother’s eyes and is like the last thing left of her.

I'm currently at chapter 2. What did they expect when she came to the construction shop? She obviously went there to commission work...how else do they get work there? Do you need to make an appointment to just think if you would like a job?
