Finally a FL that realises the novel doesn't have to go the same way as it was written! I'm tired of the "but he'll fall in love with the OG FL eventually" trope
I was rereading this since I never really finished it but I forgot that complicated feeling I always felt as an Italian. Like, I'm happy there are Italian characters but it makes me want to scream "who wrote this? Make some damn research if you want to write about a certain culture!". I seriously hope the Aldini twins are of japanese descent but it makes no sense... I'm feeling complicated.
The twins are half Japanese (from dad) & half Italian (from mom)

I have a feeling that this story was written by someone who was inspired by Ancient Roman (republican age) society but doesn't really remember much of it

The plot Is not great but the worst part is the art. I can't even concentrate on the plot with an art this ugly. The art on the cover is misleading. The quality is way higher
