It’s a regular thing every week. Apparently the story is actually about Carcel’s premarital life because it’s the only point ever repeated every week in the comments. The story might as well be called The Broken Ring: Carcel’s Single Life as a Whore. This is what the story is reduced to on this website each week. I never thought I would say that’s a place like Batoto actually have more thoughtful comments on the story and characters by comparison.

It’s the same discussion every week. The story might as well be called The Broken Ring: Carcel’s Premarital Life. That’s all these commenters talk about except for a rare few who actually talk about development in the story. Never thought that other site that I don’t like would have more thoughtful and interesting discussions but by comparison and by far, they do.

Some think we’re sensitive because we point out this kind of thing but if they were here from the beginning, they would realize just how tiresome and ridiculous it is to only talk about Carcel’s past for two years now.

For real. And it's even more justified when the character himself did it consciously to be called as such as his main motivation. It's not even a matter of "he happened to have several experiences in his life" or "he didn't keep his virginity for the MC", like most stories where people slut shame. He literally fucked around every lady that approached him for the sake of it to become infamous.

He was a whore and he knew it and didn't care, and now he regrets it becuase he himself thinks being a whore was not virtuos and a waste of time.

The only reason people are calling him out is becasue deep down, no matter how much society tells them a person should never be criticized or judged for any of her sexual actions, they believe uncontrollable promiscuity is ugly and morally wrong, and only when the character is a man can they be honest. Judging people based on their actions will never stop no matter how much taboo and censorship is imposed.

Yes, it has been two years. The manhwa launched in summer 2022 and the same thing is being talked about 74 chapters later on this site.

no i know that he went the faze of i dont care and i am gonna fuck around... but i believe that most of those sleep around was baseless rumors between the ladies that he didnt care to bother fix it. most of his life he was training, (as i can remember) women threw themselves on him and yea he didnt deny them , but calling him a whore its like a overexaggeration but it must be just me that cringes when i read those kind of comments ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Carcel spent 9 months out of the year in Calztela where he lived a celibate life. It’s only when he visited Mendoza, women pursued him and he slept with some. He didn’t sleep around indiscriminately. He only slept with widows and divorced women. He never slept with commoners, single women and virgins. He never slept with anyone twice. Author said that over 7 years, he probably slept with 10 - 15 women. They were all women he knew about in terms of family and history. He never slept with strangers. He never touched a woman who pursued him without their explicit consent unlike two other characters in this story.

They cannot be "baseless" when he literally admitted to do them. It's not as sinple as "he didn't deny" them, he confirmed that he did them... Having a job or spending much of his time doing other things did not stop him from fucking everyone that jumped him. He was not a sex addict, he just slept around indiscriminately. That behaviour is literally whoring around. If what you have a problem is the wording then that's a whole different issue.

Maybe if you use "5lut", "Promiscuous" or "libertine", they'll find peace in their heart.
