He doesn't tho he was soo rude to Param when they first met talking about like making fun of him for getting hard easily and threatening To tell the people he worked with about it. Like Param deserves to be loved too he hasnt really been with anyone because he is insecure about getting hard
They started getting close with each other chapter 10 obviously he wasn’t gonna tell anyone at that point and he still hasn’t. Next Hwi didn’t go sleep with someone else after having agreed to a date but shocker Param did. if Param was still worried about that he definitely wouldn’t have started hanging out with him and agreed to a date and Hwi is just soft hearted as you can obviously tell he is not the same as the beginning of the story #characterdevelopment
Ok but at that point how was Param supposed to know Hwi like him when all he did was ask him out on a date i mean characters just dont notice things like the top liking them in manga unless the person explicitly says it
Also Param is fine to do what he wants as long as he is single and its not like he didn't feel bad about it he just has always like Mr. Han and Hwi knows that
