Yes, the translation is caught up to the raws so it is up to date currently.
There is no set day that it consistently gets updated so it varies from time to time by the artist & author('Old Xian') so it's pretty much up to them when they want to; but the releases are never too far apart.
However noticing closely, if you try to find some sort of pattern most of the time the updates get released about 1week or a week and a half to sometimes 2weeks; give or take some days. Now unless they take a vacation or are working on other aspects of their job which is when it may then delay the releases a bit more. The translation usually then gets updated on the same day as the release or at latest the very next day.
To keep up with it, 'Old Xian' usually lets the fans know of their activity on their weibo-page and releases raw updates there. ~_~

It is! I recommend you read it again ><) the characters are so hawt af lol. The incoming arcs will be reaally interesting and there has been a huge improvement of the MC's overall attitude and way of thinking ^^
