A couple of things come to mind.
- Under the Green Light (I thought of this immediately when I read your comment. The uke is very seductive and sort of schemes for sex with the seme. They make a “deal”. The uke is involved with mafia business and the seme is a college art student. But the uke is so experienced, he’s a switch too, has a lot of pride in bed. I strive to be like him lol)
- Assorted Wildness (this is the second thing I thought of. The uke enjoys many relationships and later prefers having a friends with benefits relationship rather than dating with the seme. At least right now. Seme falls first. However, the uke is definitely more playful and the story overall has more comedy than this one. A lighter read but good laughs.)
- Will You Subscribe? (When I was going through my list I thought, damn, how did I not think of this? Uke enjoys sex so much he has a cam show. He’s very sexy, has a cute tattoo, and doesn’t give a crap about other people’s opinions. He meets the seme when he gets a “real” job, the seme is his boss. The seme had seen the cam show and ofc loves it but won’t admit it. The seme later finds out the uke’s identity and criticizes his hobby. The uke is like eh, F U, but wait no actually, imma F U and goes to his office regularly for sex. Lots of drama.)
- Our Future (I’m not really sure about this one. I started reading it but never finished for some reason. I saw that it’s completed so if you want something to binge this might be a hit. I’m going to go back now that I realized this too. The seme can see fragments of the future and is basically hindered by dreams of the sexy uke. Uke really enjoys sex and from what I remember he’s a bit hesitant to have relationships because he has some sort of strong urges and kinks in bed. There’s a lot of drama here too.)
- Blind Play (I added this one because it matches the genre. It’s definitely more on the horror/murder mystery/psychological spectrum of yaoi. The seme is quite literally a serial killer. The uke is someone who acts as a blind prostitute and enjoys the money of scandalous relationships. He gives his clients “security” due to his feigned disability, so it was noted he's been with politicians, priests, even other gangsters and such. However, it seems the seme discovered the uke is faking it. So their entanglement begins with the uke trying to make it out alive while keeping up the ruse, but the seme keeps dragging him back. If you like the mystery elements from this story, you may like Blind Play, although it is entirely more gory so please keep that in mind if you pick suggestion up.)

Overall I think Under the Green Light and Will You Subscribe? has the most resemblance to the uke as you requested. But if you’re willing to stray a bit the others are good mentions and just generally good yaoi.

definitely agree with the reply before me. i'll also have to check some of them out! but also, other mangas that come into mind are:
- The Pawn's Revenge (i absolutely adore the uke's character in this one. he's a prostitute and has a shitty life and then get kidnapped, but he doesn't let any of that like, bring him down? he's kind of really unhinged, but he's honestly so great and i love him haha)
- Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai (this one's kind of old so you might've already heard of it, but the uke is the head of the yakuza. he's more on the mature side, and likes to use sex to get what he wants. idk, it's been a while since i've read it but i remember liking the uke. there's also a movie for this one but idk if it's good or not)
