It is so hard to clear up an ambiguous situation once you’ve put yourself in an awkward spot. I really feel for the main character in this one. PLUS it can feel nice to be on the receiving end of that kind of attention. Now that I’m older, I would have easily said no. When I was younger and only dating? I’ve totally been in this situation. Can’t wait to see what happens next!

I really love that both the seme and the uke have inherent character flaws that make them both assholes. I hate when stories downplay characters’ flaws and prejudices. Is it sometimes hard to read? Yes. Do I get furious with the characters occasionally? Of course. It’s like a breath of fresh air. I love it.

Everyone seems surprised that Director Park is angry but I am really feeling for him. Sex friends or not, you generally don’t stay close to or get intimate with someone you don’t like. I feel like he saw the type of person Suha was and was trying to be considerate of the very clear boundary he had drawn while slowly pulling him in closer. It is not unreasonable for his feelings to be hurt. I also do not think he’s treating him like a sex doll when it is clearly exactly what Suha wants him to do. Aside from the most recent scare that upset him, he has been very accommodating.
