Onodera already confessed his love to Takano. The problem was that Takano couldn't hear him.... (it was raining) :v
And there was another time when Onodera tried to tell him, but Takano interrupted him by kissing him.
And when Yokozawa asked Onodera if he loved Takano, Onodera said he did...and then all this Onodera's stupidity... I'm beginning to hate him.

Yup its embarrassing for one reason and all the other stuff going on in his adult life is making it hard for him to admit it. And he may even want to take over the company in the long run instead of working on manga remember he loves literature. Theres also the fact that homosexuality is hard especially when your parents hold such a tight noose on you most of your life.

One also have to acknowledge that homosexuality is still not accepted I Japan and something that can really screw up your life if it gets out. It's not at all like in the west.
