idk i think even without dialogue, its alr implied that she does. but even so, her pride as a noble and her duty to finish her role that she promised to fulfill for her husband is more important than running away/being with him.
and i bet that guy is the ml. cus even if her husband is alive, the story would probably go its way and conclude an ending with them tgt, even if its straight up toxic or not

it gets to be a problem for me when there are too many conflicts. they coulda just cut it at the Mc and Ml’s (alive) families both being trash and the fact that Ml is a temporary slave. But now i have to worry about the fact that the Ml has some sorta demonic hold over Mc and when they finally do escape it’s not even gonna be happily ever after?? So we gotta fight the step mom, the brother, the fiancé, and after we finish all them off, we need to fight each other afterwards?
i’d finish this if after they escape, they go back to Ml’s hometown, fight for his position as Duke, finish off the fiancé and brother, and live happily after that. It’s basic and every other story ends like that but there’s a reason why so many people stick to that timeline, because it’s good
