They all know about her being so similar with the empress, but they're under the impression that the real daughter is dead and the concubine somehow have a miracle and birth a daughter spitting image of the real heir even tho she has no connection whatsoever with the royal bloodline (which is the empress). So of course no one at the moment dare to say anything about that. But well you probably know about this too, let's just wait at the time everything being discovered ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I do know that also, but this is a weak plot armor. The prince and the empress are the ones that need to do an investigation. The prince especially; I can understand the empress a bit. The truth is too close to her face for her to see it. Just like how something is so obvious, but we ourselves do see it. Hindsight is 20/20 kinda stuff.
There has just been no movement, and it’s painful to watch nobody taking a smidgen of an action on this.
