Interesting that the tag was removed but on the other hand I have read 41 chapters of the novel and I can say that the Shounen Ai tag could be questionable. There some moments that maybe hint at "feelings" between the characters but certainly nothing romantic at this point. Its definitely a complex story with lots of action and police work. The two characters do spend a lot of time together investigating the case.
actually its not questionable at all, because they even get married at the end of the novel, so those "feelings" are clear and loud, but because of the censorship in China I doubt that we'll get to see their romance in the manhua, thats probably why the tag was removed
