i came here from the cop and shop owner story and this couple is just as amazing! we stan healthy communication and literally i think chapter 3 was the therapy i never signed up for. like damn yes we do put facades on in relationships and just hate the pressure it puts on us when our other person sees us as that one dimensional mask and we cant even form a healthy relationship. damn lovely work. literally some people have childhoods and a past that are just ripe for a villain origin story and becoming bitter against everyone. but pauliana didnt let that turn her into someone who hated and a cruel person. she maintained her values and grew as a person and instead of holding grudges against her family- she acknowledged her past and what was worth keeping in her heart and what to let go. like fuck man i am learning from her and she's just a wonderful role model for us to be better versions of ourselves. it's just really refreshing to see characters like this and i feel like i just went to therapy haha. kudos and definitely recommend you all to read this if you're on the fence about it!
