Maetel did forced himself to Louis in chapter 33 - 35. These were the chapters where Maetel already confirmed that Louis is pregnant but they both didn't know who the real father is.
Maetel has 50/50 doubt it could be Rafael or his while Louis was kinda 80% sure it's Rafael thus, making Maetel kinda angry with Louis and forced himself on him. My heart hurts for Louis coz he was crying that time!
