but... I don't think Cain is particularly lying, he just hides something with maybe future intention to tell this to Jooin. I don't even think it's a big deal what he is hiding, everyone has things they don't want to share with other people. Yahwi js just a fucking idiot who tries to control Jooin but when he really needs him he just leave Jooin alone or tell him to do nothing (for example: scene where people found out about his sexuality). They both created a safe word for the other. So basically, chanwoo gave the macaroon for MD to use as a safeword. While MD gave the word vanilla for chanwoo to use.
