He also most likely thinks in a straight line where as Jinwoo is thinking in different paths, situations and looking for the best action with the interest of others in mind. Guwon is thinking for survival and what is needed to sustain what they have. If Jinwoo can get past Guwons thinking and teach him the right things, then they'd be a really good pair. Also if we add Guwons mindset, with a conscience then he'd be that cold kinda guys but warms up type. I think.
