It was too anticlimactic to me. It felt not only rushed but empty somehow. All of their previous romantic scenes actually felt pure and sweet but this time around they didn't feel that way at all even though our Millard proposed! Not only that but the rest of the different subplotlines simply went under the rug.
What happened to the crown prince? I'm sure he didn't simply give up when it was made clear he was onto something even bigger.
What happened to the 'if he falls for a human then he'll turn human and he'll become mortal'? (I'm hoping this will be addressed in the side stories since Areum didn't want to become a vampire, thus making him become human in the long run and putting both at risk. She didn't think it through really)
What happened with everyone that was afraid / against Millard? Like, all of a sudden he had family??? People he actually wanted to share his happiness to??? Isn't that like extremely dangerous considering my point above???
I'm simply confused, it seems like the author had a lot going on, and I was actually looking forward to see it all develop now that Areum had finally made up her mind about staying with Travis but nope it was all disposed of and abruptly put at end to ╥﹏╥

It was stated before, that's why Millard avoided humans as much as possible (except when sucking blood I guess). I don't remember when exactly but it was around the first chapters? When the prince first appeared I believe. But that's how it goes (/TДT)/
Ya in chapter 9&10, but he just said he would help her to make Millard fall for her, he was saying he would give her 130,000 to buy things for herself, she needs to become his what is it called like a queen I guess, but still he can't just fall for her and become human or he would be a human right now because he already fell for her just saying, don't get me wrong everything else was cool and I agree with it, but what you said there was not accurate! （￣へ￣）
But that's the same thing? What the prince wanted was to make a deal with Areum so she would seduce Millard, in that way he would fall for her and he would become human. Then the crown prince or the royals would be able to kill him. That was his whole plan, and in fact it did happen after all since they both are in love. I'm unsure how or why Millard would turn human (that was never really mentioned) but that was how it went. Sorry if those weren't the exact same words but THAT WAS WHAT WAS IMPLIED.
So I just went and read chapter 5, and you can read the decree there. It is stated that they're to find Millard a mortal partner to make him mortal (since he's immortal) and "whoever can turn him into a being that can die will be granted immense fortune and honor" the exact words from the chapter as well. It's right at the beginning so you can read it yourself.

And it's not a spoiler or anything, because everyone would just go ahead and read, and my comment was not the first one stating or asking if it was the end??? The reason I asked if that was the ending is because I felt that shouldn't have been the end. I felt like there was much more that was missing to it. Side stories are NOT an ending to a story, they're simply extras to it. Thus the story was ended, I know that and I'm aware. September Scans have switched to volume release instead of per chapter release for all of their projects (which is cheaper for them, and it means we get to read more at the same time I guess!).
On November 9th, 2019 they talked about how Honto Yajuu only has had a single volume out in recent times (can't believe it omg) and that's why there's barely any updates!!! Sensei works on a lot of stories at the same time so it makes a lot of sense.
They also declared they assume a new volume would be out during spring, so they'd get to work on it as fast as they could get the raws and such.

I know manager and shiraishi-san won't get a story themselves, but damn that was the best plot twist here and I wish we could get more of them that was epic.

This is the clear example of unfair rating, 7.9? I'm extremely glad I read the comments and didn't shun this manga only because it seems quite old. It is indeed quite a gem actually, it's extremely refreshing seeing such healthy relationships after all of the yaoi tropes out there. I'm glad rape wasn't a thing all the time, so we can still read great manga like this!!!
The pace was good, the characters all had distinctive personalities to them and I simply loved the two couples so much by the end of it. The portrayal seemed realistic to an extent, everything was consensual, and I loved that all ties were tied by the end of the series. Even coming out to a few people out there (won't spoil) it's truly great!
What really settled this manga for me was the second volume, seeing the couples all grown and how they were spending their lives together. I'm extremely happy our Naru-chan wasn't shunned!!! She deserves the world, I'm glad she's happy and we got to read that as well :')

The comedy was perfect at the beginning, I never expected to be crying in the middle for my boys and much less to be crying of happiness in the end either. What a rollercoaster of emotions, and the art was absolutely majestic!!! I haven't seen such a defined style from a mangaka and such strong expressions either in a long while. It's become a favorite right away, I want more ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
Oh and I forgot to mention jUST HOW GOOD THE SMUT WAS AS WELL, not that I needed to since it's pretty obvious but PLEASE GIVE IT A READ IF YOU'RE HESITATING!!!
