Hmmm is it just me, or did anyone feels that the art has become more simplistic? I also feel like there are less objects in the background (and just opinion though, Tsuruga-san didn't look as handsome as he used to). I probably won't notice this if I didn't reread this recently though hehe
The background was always kind of non-existent, but the art-style definitely changed which is just normal over all those years. Guess the rest is a matter of taste if you like the old one over the new art-style. Nevertheless the characters are still awesome ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Agreed. I can think of at least three distinctly different art styles that this series has undergone as it's been created.

The author actually has problems with her hands...and due to Covid she can’t meet her assistants so background is left quite bare and the art style has also changed...she mentioned that in one of the extra chapters on the side
I didn't know that she has hand problems. I feel like that just makes the art all the more amazing... I wish I could draw like this...
She’s also in her 50s so I’d recon she’s having some few difficulties....I just hope this manga finishes at some point
I definitely agree. If it doesn't come to an end but just stops, I think I'll be completely distraught... This is my favorite manga in the genre and I've been following it for almost a decade now after all.

Well, these are meh. I feel like the authors are just pushing the smut because it's the theme of the anthology and they can only make one chapter per story. The pacing is so fast, like 'I just propose to you, so now we have to fuck'. And maybe I'm just used to yaoi, so seeing this kind of explicit shoujo smut is just weird hahaha
