Honestly, the older brother is fucked up, but not as fucked up as most of the comments said (that he planned the rape thing from the beginning). I think it's more like the older brother is going along with the flow that Akio likes him and that he was expecting to be raped, not that he purposefully manipulating Akio to rape him. He even said that he clearly rejects him, because he wants to be seen as a proper brother. So in the end, when they reunite it's not the older bro's plan, but it's also him going with the flow and now he doesn't hold back and getting possesive to Akio
