So, as we can see from the latest chapter here, shin's lashing out to jay. After that, Jay went to a (new) apartment with shin (apparently, now that merciful and Ross found out that shin is connected to jay, they will come for his neck the moment they see him or use him against jay. Remember how merciful recognize shin as he's connected and with Jay as the driver. The leader even said to get shin and see how jay will react). Shin keep dissing Jay that it's hilarious even when they're only at the parking lot.
Shin with a hint of sarcasm says "Come out, let's go to the police station—oh, are you playing cop now? We can't trust them either. Fuck! What should we do then!? " while hitting the car's roof with his fist.
Shin's too loud that Jay has to go out and grab shin by his pants, says "Don't yell, just go" whispering it to his ear then drag him inside the apartment.
The moment they step inside, jay explained how he did the same job as shin did at the dump (not really sure, the translations really bad but tolerable) and how shin's presence was not his plan. He said he weren't calculated in his plans.

To make it short, shin continues to diss him. Jay push shin on the bed (shin's facing the bed). Then he found a new apartment to live in, he's fixing car outside too, folks like him already as he was good with fixing cars. Then, it was night, someone was banging his door. He knows that it's not jay because jay wouldn't be so loud then to his surprise, it was a drunkard man? complaining how it loud and noisy shin's room was but it was not his room but the room on the top of his. Then, the scene changes when a man who dressed like gren appeared and went to the landlord to rent an apartment (then they show his face, it was Jay) he showed money to the landlord (landlord is suspicious because of how he dress) but jay said before he rent an apartment, there's a condition. (Yes, the same building that shin's in)
