I've read a lot of manga/hwa/hua with similar premise of confinement and mind break like this one but personally speaking, nothing beats Harada sensei's mangas with these type of stories. It's not about how dark the story is, but the process on how the aggresor slowly breaks into the victim's mind, this is what I find lacking in most stories, just like this one.

If you are fine with reading fanfics you can go ahead with this one. It is also a short story but the delivery of the plot is really good. Just be aware that it can get more disturbing, disgusting even, as compared to "Tosa's Master".

Wow I can't believe I was able to name, just by the artstyle alone, some of the artists in the congratulatory messages before I even get to read their names. Some of them really have a unique and distinctive artstyle
Honestly, I'm starting to get bored with this. I'm already used to reading dark shits like this one so all the fucked up things shown are still within my tolerance but the recent plot "developments" is starting to bore me. I might just wait for this to end before reading it (though I know the ending already based on the novel).
The only thing keeping my interest is how much the MCs mental health is downspiralling throughout each chapter since that's rare to see in stories with similar plot while in others its not being shown properly.
