I'm not actually into heavy drama, psychological and other tags that goes along with it.
I'm only here at first because I thought this will be sweet and light story but as I go deeper into the story I know I fvcked up but it is what it is.
And now I'm just here because of the seggs and art.
For the story... For now I don't take it seriously incase it triggers my anxiety I usually just skim the chat bubbles if it's getting dark and heavy.
As long as I know the flow of the story that's all that matters to me.
MC wanted revenge for his deceased BFF who donated her heart to him. ML found out and detains him in his side.. that's it for the flow I'm following.
Deceased bff also had severe mental illness (I think it was multiple personality disorder or something) and because of that she made up a lot of lies. Those notes weren't from ML, they were written by the bff, but because of her disorder she refused to admit it whenever the MC tried to talk to her about it. He does know it's not MLs fault, he admitted that in one of the previous chapters. ML is also a literal psychopath and doesn't feel or understand emotions until he met MC basically. He doesn't understand the shit he's feeling cause he never got the proper help he needed, his parents just shoved him in a hospital until he left.

I was reading the "novel version" of this manhwa but forced to stop at chapter 27 cause the rest are locked and you have to pay to read it. I was desperate to finish the story that I ended up here searching for free translation. I love the art style, Xiao Yan is so handsome and Lou Zhiyu is so adorable. I really want to read the novel version cause if the manhua is this good the novel with complete details would be better.
You can find if you deep into searching the raw version and your chrome will do the translation, if you're ok with that kind of tl... I finished reading the novel in this way but i forgot to save the link.
