The only other ending I see for this series is if the MC dies and they stay together in that apartment for all eternity.

I think the neighbor will play a huge role on this. If Akira is really dead than I'd actually prefer him to play cupid for Haruko and his neighbor-kun. Still, I cant wait how sensei will work this out.

I really like it! Up until chapter 5 page 9 I wasnt sure who would top but DAAAAAAAMN THAT WAS SO GOOD. I hope to see a sequel of this baby and maybe an extra where they reverse the roles.

I really can't understand the hate. You should be happy for sensei. Besides new mangakas will always show up in the BL world (with better dicks and better plots :p) and some will eventually be forgotten or will proceed with something else as time goes by.
