why are the mls in vol 5 so fucking dramatic? they create so many misunderstandings andd create the most dramatic situations for the smallest thing it's acc embarrassing. Like it's not that fucking hard to communicate. All the first prince had to do was talk to her about wanting to become a scholar and he woulda know how she was feeling, the second story woulda been so much better as shoujo ai, and the last guy was absolutely fucking ridiculous. How tf did practicing with another woman help? Why couldn't you just say those words to the one you loved? Was it easier to say it to someone else? What "mentoring" does one need to say those words?
