Spoiled brats is what that is. And what's even worse is that there are actually people like this in real life who go to hurt someone else but also / end up hurting themselves. They blame the other person for their idiocy instead of reflecting on their actions.
Also, most of the time, they don't even get any consequences for their actions like ballsack, an insincere sorry is the most you'll get out of people like them.
