The "purebloods" were does that originated from the evil lycan leader. He gave them someof his hybrid blood which made them stronger. So since the babys father is a hybrid as well the child had the potential to become a "pureblood"

The translater for this chapter literally said they thought an update was better than nothing at all and that people are free to replace it or delete it, they only did this out of goodwill for people who can’t read Japanese or Spanish also, the pages may be low quality because some people just don’t have access to the original work to translate from and that’s ok cus that’s how most translated chapters are uploaded anyways.
