Rourou's biological father is Jinyao. The reason why Yi Yun had Rourou is I think because when Rourou's still an infant, they kinda take him to the orphan (?) because they're not yet ready to be his parents because they're both kinda young at that time and then Yi Yun is finding a so called 'child' that will change his boring life so that's why Yun has him. I'm not sure tho because I'm here now in latest and that thing is in early chap but that's what I knew/remembered. (=・ω・=)

Alright so Yi Yun (blue haired guy) wanted to have a kid so he went to a fertility clinic so he could have a baby, he used his sperm so they could do in vitro but at the clinic his sperm got thrown away because Feng (brown haired guy) also wanted to have a baby so he could prove to his family that he had a successor without getting married, and he, as wel,l went for in vitro and they swapped the sperm samples later on discarding Yi Yun's sample. Now as for how the baby ended up with Yi Yun, I think it's just that he had a woman who was gonna carry his child and she got Feng's fecundated egg insteag of Yi Yun's so things just sort of happened like that, it's not like they had to swap a baby you know?

They never threw the samples. They froze it but someone broke into the clinic holding the samples to steal it.

Alright now that half of these explanations are wrong here is what’s up. Yi Yi wanted to have a baby so he went abroad to get a surrogate. Jinyao needed a successor because he is to be head of the family, and inherit the family company. However, he could not have his uncle finding out about the baby because he was afraid the uncle would do something to his child in order to take the company and be named head of the family. For this reason he had his sperm switched with YiYi’s when in vitro was being done, he had YiYi’s sperm frozen and saved that he could still have a child. Because the sperm was switched in secret YiYi still ended up with baby Rou Rou raising him, and Jinyao let him keep Rou Rou for three years because of his uncle. YiYi’s sperm was later stolen for the facility it was being held because it was believed to be Jinyao’s.

Jinyao swapped the egg cause he was suspicious because of the birth mark that all the first born were born with, he also wanted to see if the elders placed it on the kids when they we're born or if they we're ActUAlly born with them. since its a sign of their birth right, Since Rourou has it it means he's related to Jinyao
