i was gonna come on here and say how much i like the new artstyle but i’m seeing it’s not really a hit.. agree with the complaints about the whitewashing but otherwise i love love love all the pretty lighting going awn..

honestly just read the comment section when each chapter comes out. between all the crying about no smut, there are actual useful comments where people are pointing out little clues and stuff. some are writing analysis of things in the chapter. you gotta scroll a lot but its interesting stuff.

i actually adore how the author wrote gunmu and jin’s relationship. like even through the rose colored glasses that gunmu had been looking at him with throughout their youth, they’ve never hidden that jin is a manipulative person. and even with all that grime surrounding his character, those two are still family to each other. even through all the lies and the filth. i just love how we as readers can see his true character even through the idealism and how despite it all he’s still loved the same by gunmu
