Ran was originally a side character That died by Yustaf (ML) accidentally crushing her when he jumped out of a tree. The FL hasn’t arrived yet. She shows up once Yustaf is an adult and (Originally) has nothing left to his name Because his uncle stole everything. Sooo we are at the point in the story where Yustaf would be alone, but not to the point of being “broken” and ready for the FL to “fix”.

And what was that thing about the boats coming to kill them? There were supposed to run away on them and then explode because of the magic circle? And why the hell did the mc freeze an already broken arrow? Why are they in the same bed, doesn't the marines have spare room? Why did the gard have to dress up as brides? The crown prince hate her for rejecting him so he sent her to marry ml and idk about the parent they might be Manipulated or just plainly stupid to give away their daughter. And yes i think the main purpose is to kill ml and fl, ml got drugged that's why he is in the boat since he still human lol
The first boat is with the merman or something that out to kill them on the island but they manage to get away and when they want to go back to the ml's camp, there's other ship thinking the ml is a fraud since some of them know that ml is having a honeymoon not trapped in an island

They are dressed up as a bride since the stylish have to suffer (this is like the punishment from fl since the stylish would indeed choose to died more than dressing up the men) and i believe the one who got dressed up is the one who involved with the Kidnapping?
