the recent chapters have not-so-good translations. i think part of the problem is that there is a lot of dialogue in every chapter and some of that dialogue is of more complicated vocabulary. another issue is that this manga has slow updates and has been running for quite a while so it's hard to keep translators active for it.
That is why I only read and buy the actual manga. It is up to 48 volumes (soon to be 49). This must be one of the longest series ever.
