I'm calling it now, Nanjo ssi is the mastermind in all of this.
He totally doesn't like Twink ssi. The watch that he gave him doesn't matched his aesthetic and Twink ssi didn't even liked it.
Go look at that scene again, the watch is an eyesore on him and it's too 'in your face', but you know who would look great on that? Yup, Mokyeon, who "randomly" knows the price range of that watch.
My theory is Nanjo ssi purposely gifted Twink ssi that watch so that Mok would notice the gesture.

Plus, in chapter 5, the way that Twink ssi was fully tucked in but Nanjo ssi was outside the covers, hand on Twink's covered chest made me think that, it's not that Nanjo ssi is boring in sex, he just doesn't like unnecessary skinship to Twink ssi.
And whenever he touched him, it feels like a theatre performance, a bit exaggerated.

I think he like Mokyeon way before, but Nanjo ssi found out that he only do casual dating and it only last short term because he's a serial cheater, so he devised a plan where Mokyeon would change for him, using the only constant person in Mok's life, which is Twink ssi.

Or Twink ssi pissed off someone from Nanjo ssi's circle and now he was planning to make Mokyeon hurt Twink ssi as part of revenge.

If I'm wrong, I'm gonna write an au with this plot cause I'm becoming delusional.
