Edit2: So, kunimasa x Norio. Their timeline ended with Norio crying, Merman bringing him home and Norio going to school later then Kumakashi and fellas encouraging Norio. During that time Kunimasa was traveling overseas. So, the things that happened in side stories except the flashbacks of Merman and Shinobu happened before Kunimasa broke up with Norio, that's why they appeared friendly as before with each other and Norio was still acting like the blinded Norio and Kunimasa his pre-villain era.
