They're a couple. There's consent. They are adults. Even the creator is leading on that they have an active sex life. I mean, come on. I'm stupid, but I'm not that stupid. Sex isn't a bad thing. It's not gross to acknowledge the fact that people are in a healthy relationship, are happy, and are having sex. This is just my opinion. If there's consent, it's totally fine. Just because it's shonen-ai doesn't mean that 5-year-olds are actively reading it. The creator could post a chapter of them kissing and licking eachother, hinting the fact that they had sex, and it would still be shonen-ai. Just no outrageous stuff. It's not disrespectful or gross.
