The bad news are like Monoma has told us in previous chapters Eri's quirk stores energy to turn back time, she most likely doesn't have enough left to fix them all. Good news is that during the overhaul arc Eri fixed the muscular scars so Midoriya's arms aren't in trouble, probably.
