Im from Brazil and here the legal age is also 18, when you 18 you can do anything you want. I dont consider him a minor either, but Im pretty sure there are plenty people here in mangago who live in countries where 20 years old people are considered minors and because of that they go all delusional whenever there is an age gap story.
