Lol. Murder don't usually happen between royal members. A coup de tat is a different story but between countries that have some sort of agreement, they still have courtesy to some degree. They wont just suddenly hang a royal family just because the other party blocked some roads.
The ones we usually read are probably because some of the characters are portrayed as mad war dogs :v or maybe because they dont have any prior agreement, or maybe it is the 'war season'. But tbh I dont see much conflict between countries up to the point where they enslave other royal members.
