manga kiss has this updated to chapter 344 so far. It's called "the wife contract and love covenants." Seems to be different translators because here the FL is named Coco, but there her name is Kha Kha, and different names for the characters and places as well.

Well there's only 14 chapters of vol.3, but I do have the the next 5 volumes. Like I said in the notes at the beginning of a one of the chapters, I plan on releasing it in the next week. I might actually post the first 5 chapters of vol.4. (=・ω・=)

just because something doesn’t fit your taste it doesn’t mean it’s not beautiful, good etc. - it’s a really easy concept, I hope you will realize that too in the future :)
